James Hartline has saved San Diego taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in new medical expenses by helping to shut down the gay bathhouses in San Diego, California. Hundreds of men will no longer get HIV inside of these bathhouses now that they are shutting down and San Diego will be a healthier place for everyone to live in.
